| In GPU pdma, there is a possible escalation of privilege due to use after free. This could lead to local escalation of privilege with no additional execution privileges needed. User interaction is not needed for exploitation. Patch ID: ALPS11365070; Issue ID: MSV-9547. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99226 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-02 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: keys: Avoid the owner account dereference in named keyring lookup Named keyring lookup must keep the storage containing the owner UID alive through the namespace mapping check. find_keyring_by_name() reads keyring->user->uid under keyring_name_lock, but that lock protects the keyring's name entry and allocation, not its separate key_user. A named session-keyring join can overlap a privileged KEYCTL_CHOWN on another CPU. If the keyring holds the last reference to its old dynamic key_user and the ownership transfer succeeds, the following ordering is possible: Named join Chown find_keyring_by_name() keyctl_chown_key() read_lock(keyring_name_lock) down_write(key->sem) load old keyring->user replace key->user and key->uid up_write(key->sem) key_put(key) key_user_put(old user): free read old user->uid read_unlock(keyring_name_lock) Chown neither takes keyring_name_lock nor key_session_mutex, so it can free the old account between the pointer load and the UID read. The lookup then reads freed memory even though the keyring itself is alive. Use keyring->uid for the mapping check. key_alloc() initializes this inline owner UID and keyctl_chown_key() updates it on chown. The existing name lock keeps its containing keyring allocated throughout the check, so lookup no longer depends on the account's lifetime. This also matches the owner UID used by the permission check. | CVE-2026-107041 | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High | ||
| Insecure permissions in the FeatureActionActivity component of Oasis Feng Island versionCode 51801 allows unauthorized attackers to arbitrarily force a freeze in the device, leading to a Denial of Service (DoS). | ||||
| CVE-2026-120596 | 2026-11-02 | 7.5 High | ||
| A remotely exploitable denial-of-service vulnerability exists in the TCP options parser of the Nut/Net TCP/IP stack included in Nut/OS, developed by Ethernut/Egnite. Nut/OS releases up to version 5.1 are affected. An unauthenticated attacker can send a single TCP segment containing an unknown TCP option with a length byte of zero to any open TCP port on a vulnerable device. When processed, this malformed option triggers an infinite loop in the function NutTcpInputOptions, permanently blocking the TCP processing thread and rendering all TCP-based services unresponsive until the device is rebooted. | ||||
| CVE-2026-81938 | 2026-11-02 | 7.7 High | ||
| Grafana Mimir's Alertmanager rejects tenant-supplied receiver configurations that reference local files, but the check did not cover two HTTP client settings: http_headers.<name>.files and basic_auth.username_file. A tenant permitted to upload an Alertmanager configuration could point these fields at any file readable by the Alertmanager process. When a notification was sent, Alertmanager read the file and put its contents in a header of the outgoing request. By directing the receiver at a server they control, the tenant could read files from the Alertmanager host, such as credentials and configuration. Exploitation requires permission to write the tenant's Alertmanager configuration. Grafana Enterprise Metrics (GEM), which is built on Mimir, is also affected. The issue is fixed in Mimir 3.1.7 and 3.2.2 and in GEM 2.17.20. GEM 2.11 through 2.16 will not receive a fix; users on those versions should upgrade to 2.17.20 or later. | ||||

| CVE-2026-119740 | 2026-11-02 | 6.8 Medium | ||
| Nexbox A95X TV boxes built on the Amlogic S905X platform contain an unauthenticated console exposed via an internal UART header on the PCB that allows physical attackers to obtain an interactive shell as uid 2000 (system) without any credentials. Attackers with physical access and a USB-to-TTL adapter can leverage this shell to reach the pppoe_wrapper vendor daemon, which contains an OS command injection vulnerability executed as root, resulting in full root-level compromise of the device. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119737 | 2026-11-02 | 7.8 High | ||
| The pppoe_wrapper vendor daemon from the Amlogic Android SDK, as shipped on Nexbox A95X (Amlogic S905/S905X) TV boxes, contains a command injection vulnerability that allows local attackers to execute arbitrary commands as root by sending crafted messages to a world-writable AF_UNIX datagram socket at /dev/socket/pppoe_wrapper. Attackers can send a message beginning with 'pppd pty' followed by shell metacharacters and arbitrary commands, which are passed unfiltered to system(3) and executed by /system/bin/sh -c as root, resulting in full privilege escalation. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119738 | 2026-11-02 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| The VobSub subtitle decoder libsub_vob (part of the Amlogic DroidLogic SubTitleService), as shipped on Nexbox A95X (Amlogic S905X) TV boxes, contains an infinite loop vulnerability in get_vob_spu() that allows unauthenticated network attackers or local users loading malicious files to trigger an unreachable loop exit condition via mismatched length fields. Attackers can send crafted AMLU data blocks over the unauthenticated tcp/10100 listener or via a malicious VobSub (.sub) file to cause the subtitle decode thread to spin at 100% CPU indefinitely, resulting in denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119739 | 2026-11-02 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| The VobSub subtitle decoder libsub_vob (part of the Amlogic DroidLogic SubTitleService), as shipped on Nexbox A95X (Amlogic S905X) TV boxes, contains an out-of-bounds write vulnerability in vob_fill_pixel() that allows remote attackers to corrupt stack memory by sending a crafted SET_CONTR command with an attacker-controlled alpha value that drives an unbounded array index (change_data) past the end of the fixed four-element PixelDatas array. Attackers can exploit this by sending malicious VobSub data over the unauthenticated tcp/10100 socket or via a malicious .sub file to zero out adjacent stack bytes, resulting in silent stack corruption or process crash. | ||||
| CVE-2026-55981 | 1 Creative Labs | 1 Creative Sound Blaster Katana | 2026-11-02 | 9.6 Critical |
| A firmware verification vulnerability in Creative Sound Blaster Katana could allow an attacker to modify a legitimate firmware image and upload the modified firmware to an affected device. | ||||

| An authorization issue was addressed with improved state management. This issue is fixed in iOS 26.7.2 and iPadOS 26.7.2, iOS 27.2 and iPadOS 27.2. An app may be able to read the device's name. | ||||
| CVE-2026-99225 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-02 | N/A |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: keys: Check the authorization payload in process keyring searches An authorization payload and its saved credentials must remain valid while search_process_keyrings_rcu() searches the requestor's keyrings. The function validates the authorization key, then separately loads payload.data[0] and unconditionally reads rka->cred. Validation does not prevent request_key_auth_revoke() from clearing the payload. A request-key helper can assume authority and fork a descendant that inherits the authorization key. If the descendant misses in its own keyrings, it falls back to the saved requestor credentials. Successful target instantiation invalidates the authorization key without clearing the payload. After the helper exits, UMH_WAIT_PROC returns to the requester, which calls complete_request_key() and revokes that key. With the descendant paused after validation, the paths can interleave as follows: 1. The descendant enters search_process_keyrings_rcu() under RCU and key_validate() succeeds. 2. The helper instantiates the target, invalidates the authorization key, and exits. 3. The requester resumes from UMH_WAIT_PROC, calls complete_request_key(), and revokes the authorization key. request_key_auth_revoke() sets its payload pointer to NULL. 4. The descendant loads NULL and dereferences rka->cred. This NULL dereference can oops the kernel. RCU delays payload disposal but does not prevent the pointer from being cleared. Load the payload with dereference_key_rcu() and require a non-NULL result before validating the authorization key and searching its saved credentials. A non-NULL payload and its credentials remain alive for the caller's RCU read-side section; a cleared payload skips the fallback search and follows the existing error selection. | CVE-2026-99227 | 1 Linux | 2 Linux, Linux Kernel | 2026-11-02 | 7.8 High |
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: io_uring/waitid: prevent cancel reference wrap io_waitid packs the cancellation state into bit 31 of ->refs and uses bits 30:0 as a 31-bit reference counter: #define IO_WAITID_CANCEL_FLAG BIT(31) #define IO_WAITID_REF_MASK GENMASK(30, 0) __io_waitid_cancel() marks a request canceled, then increments the low bits of ->refs to claim completion ownership. When another path owns the request, the increment remains even though cancellation returns false. The request remains discoverable by cancellation, so repeated failed attempts can wrap the 31-bit reference field to zero. A later cancellation can claim ownership and complete the request a second time. Use atomic_fetch_or() when setting the cancel flag and inspect the old flag value. The first cancel attempt continues to the existing ownership increment, preserving its wake and issuer handoff semantics. Later attempts see the cancel flag and return without incrementing the reference field. This makes repeated failed cancellation attempts idempotent while leaving the first-cancel state transitions unchanged. | ||||
| CVE-2026-106806 | 1 Open5gs | 1 Open5gs | 2026-11-02 | N/A |
| A memory exhaustion issue exists in Open5GS v2.8.0 in the HTTP/2 SBI server. Repeated header names cause previously allocated header strings to be leaked, and HPACK compression allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to trigger tens of thousands of duplicate headers with a small request. Repeated crafted requests can cause persistent heap growth, exhaust process memory, and terminate the affected Open5GS network function, resulting in denial of service. | ||||
| CVE-2026-109140 | 1 Nlnetlabs | 1 Krill | 2026-11-02 | 8.4 High |
| The vulnerability is that Krill encrypts every login-session token with a nonce built from a counter that is reset to 0 on every Krill restart, so the same (key, nonce) pair is used again after each restart. | ||||
| CVE-2026-105605 | 1 Dj-extensions.com | 1 Dj-classifieds Extension For Joomla | 2026-11-02 | N/A |
| Joomla Extension - dj-extensions.com - IDOR vulnerability allowing cross-account ad access in DJ-Classifieds < 3.11.3 - A “duplicate my ad” convenience feature on the new-ad form (site/models/additem.php) loaded an existing advert by its raw numeric ID with no check that the ad belonged to the requesting user, and no check of whether it was published, blocked, or still a pending draft. Any logged-in user, regardless of role, could request the new-ad form with another ad’s ID and have that ad’s full content, including the seller’s phone number, address, email, and price, rendered into the response, even for ads that had never been published. Advert IDs are small sequential integers. | ||||
| CVE-2026-119085 | 1 Aws | 1 Virtual-engineering-workbench | 2026-11-02 | 8.8 High |
| Improper neutralization of special elements used in a template engine in the publishing component of Amazon Virtual Engineering Workbench (VEW) could allow a remote authenticated third party to run arbitrary code with the permissions of the publishing Lambda's IAM role. This could allow access to data and resources across all tenant projects. The code is reachable through a crafted CloudFormation template body containing template engine directives submitted through the product versioning API. To remediate this issue, users should redeploy from the latest version of awslabs/virtual-engineering-workbench. | ||||
| CVE-2026-120457 | 2026-11-02 | 5.3 Medium | ||
| libaec through 1.1.7 contains an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in m_se_decode() in src/decode.c that allows attackers to bypass a signed bounds check via an overlong fundamental sequence. Attackers can supply a crafted CCSDS 121.0/SZIP stream with 2^31 or more zero bits to crash the decoder or leak adjacent memory into decoded samples. | ||||
