CVSS v3.1 |
| When logging in to a Matrix account, Thunderbird used the homeserver address provided in the server's login response without validating it. A malicious or compromised homeserver could provide a file: URL, causing Thunderbird to send all further Matrix requests of that session to local files or, on Windows, to an attacker-controlled network share, which could leak the user's NTLM credentials.
The NTLM credential leak only affects Thunderbird on Windows. Other operating systems are unaffected. This vulnerability was fixed in Thunderbird 159 and Thunderbird 153.6. |
Storybook is a frontend workshop for building user interface components and pages in isolation. From 8.0.0 until 8.6.19, 9.1.21, 10.6.2, and 11.0.0-alpha.6, the Storybook development server can expose its WebSocket authentication token to clients able to load its HTML pages over a local network. A LAN attacker can obtain the token and invoke WebSocket-backed file-writing or testing functionality. Weak story-write validation can allow code to be placed in story files. If the Storybook Vitest addon is installed with an old version of Vitest, the payload can use a Vitest API to write additional files or execute commands. Depending on the payload and local tooling, the attack can lead to code execution with the developer's privileges. This issue is fixed in 8.6.19, 9.1.21, 10.6.2, and 11.0.0-alpha.6.
Use-after-free in the SVG component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 115.44, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6.
vLLM from 0.7.3 before 0.31.0 forwards the request-supplied mm_processor_kwargs.code_revision to Transformers AutoProcessor.from_pretrained, letting clients select which revision of a model's dynamic processor code is imported when trust_remote_code is enabled. An attacker controlling a revision in the served model repository can send a multimodal request to the unauthenticated /tokenize endpoint to execute arbitrary Python in the vLLM API process.
A code execution flaw was found in Emacs, affecting versions prior to 31.2. The Flymake mode using language backends other than Lisp would execute arbitrary code from the edited file while performing syntax checking. Viewing or editing untrusted files using Emacs could lead to arbitrary code execution with the privileges of the user running Emacs.
MLflow is an open source AI engineering platform for agents, large language models, and machine learning models. From 3.12.0rc0 until 3.17.0, third-party scorer deserialization in mlflow/genai/scorers/base.py accepts request-selected descendants of THIRD_PARTY_SCORER_ALLOWED_MODULES rather than requiring an exact allowed module. A caller can use MLflow artifact endpoints to place a Python module beneath a writable allowed package and submit its module and class through /ajax-api/3.0/mlflow/scorer/invoke. Scorer.model_validate_json() imports the module and constructs the class before trace processing. Authentication-disabled deployments permit this code execution without credentials, while basic-auth deployments require a principal capable of creating an experiment and run and uploading artifacts. In either configuration, the allowed scorer package must be writable by the server process. This issue is fixed in version 3.17.0.
Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) is affected by an Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability that could result in arbitrary code execution in the context of the current user. A low-privileged attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code. Exploitation of this issue does not require user interaction. Scope is changed.
A vulnerability was found in reduxjs redux-devtools 5.0.0. Affected by this vulnerability is the function evalAction of the component Remotedev Server. The manipulation of the argument action results in code injection. The attack is only possible with local access. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
The IPv6 branch of the FastCGI client access check compares only the first 12 bytes of a 16-byte IPv6 address, so listen.allowed_clients matches on a /96 prefix instead of the exact address. An attacker who can source an address sharing the first 96 bits with an allowed one passes the check and reaches the FastCGI endpoint.
Parse Server before 8.6.105 and 9.0.0 before 9.10.5-alpha.6 does not validate the owning object reference in $relatedTo relation queries, so supplying a query operator instead of an object ID bypasses the owning-object ACL check. A client with read access to at least one object of the owning class can disclose which readable objects are linked to owning objects it cannot read.
Seroval facilitates JavaScript value stringification, including complex structures beyond JSON.stringify capabilities. From 1.6.0 until 1.6.11, the JavaScript-output APIs derive a typed array's constructor name from a property on the value that can be replaced by an own constructor property. When application code copies untrusted properties onto a typed array and then passes it to serialize, serializeAsync, crossSerialize, crossSerializeAsync, crossSerializeStream, Serializer, or compileJSON, the attacker-controlled name is written as executable JavaScript and can run in the page receiving the output. This issue is fixed in version 1.6.11.
A vulnerability was found in Argilla up to 2.8.0. This affects an unknown function of the file argilla-frontend/components/features/annotation/container/fields/text-field/TextField.vue. The manipulation of the argument text results in cross site scripting. The attack can be executed remotely. The exploit has been made public and could be used. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
A flaw has been found in Saruf-Ratul HR-Payroll-Management-System e7cd81477001afdee95b843fd4137894d9418c9f/3fd6f45ead9f8197510c0910f759e06ee67251e5. Affected by this vulnerability is an unknown functionality of the file chat.php. Executing a manipulation of the argument ID can lead to cross site scripting. It is possible to launch the attack remotely. The exploit has been published and may be used. This product takes the approach of rolling releases to provide continious delivery. Therefore, version details for affected and updated releases are not available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.2, FishActivator inherits ViaTemplateActivator.quote(), which uses POSIX shlex.quote() even though fish interprets backslashes and single quotes differently. An attacker-influenced environment path, --prompt, or VIRTUALENV_PROMPT value containing a backslash before a quote can therefore terminate the generated fish literal and execute command substitution when the user sources activate.fish. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.2.
virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.9, caller-supplied prompt text can become executable syntax in the bash activation prompt. An attacker must influence the value passed to virtualenv, and a user must subsequently activate the environment and draw the prompt. This vulnerability is fixed in 21.14.9.
virtualenv is a tool for creating isolated virtual python environments. Prior to 21.14.9, POSIX xonsh activation quote() uses repr() to write printable non-ASCII prompt or destination data into UTF-8 activate.xsh, while xonsh can read that script using $XONSH_ENCODING. Under a legacy multibyte codec such as GBK or Big5, a UTF-8 trail byte can consume the backslash before an adjacent quote, allowing the literal to close and attacker-influenced statements to execute when the user sources the generated script. This issue is fixed in version 21.14.9.
| The push endpoint of a Vaadin application that uses server push reflects the request Origin into the Access-Control-Allow-Origin response header and allows credentials, because Flow configures Atmosphere with DROP_ACCESS_CONTROL_ALLOW_ORIGIN_HEADER set to false and its CorsInterceptor then echoes whatever Origin the request carries. A page on any origin can therefore make a cross origin request to that endpoint with the user's cookies and read the response, although reading anything useful also requires the push identifier of that session. Applications that do not use @Push are not affected, and neither is the WebSocket transport. The behaviour was introduced in January 2015 and is present in every Flow release and in Vaadin Framework from 7.1.0, which is when push was added.
Users of affected versions should apply the following mitigation or upgrade. Releases that have fixed this issue include:

OpenPanel before 2.3.0 fails to properly validate chart formula expressions, allowing authenticated project members with read access to execute arbitrary code by recovering the native JavaScript Function constructor through mathjs matrix objects. Attackers can use the recovered constructor to load Node.js built-ins and execute operating system commands with the privileges of the API process, bypassing organization authorization boundaries.
Omnispace Agora Project before 26.10.0 contains a code injection vulnerability where unescaped, attacker-controlled values are written into the config.inc.php configuration file during installation through File::updateConfigFile() and DbInstall::dbControl(), combined with an SQL injection issue enabled by PDO::ATTR_EMULATE_PREPARES supporting stacked queries. Attackers can exploit the SQL injection to re-trigger the installer and inject arbitrary PHP code into config.inc.php, achieving unauthenticated remote code execution on the underlying system.
A vulnerability was detected in MD-MAFUJUL-HASAN Online-Payroll-Management-System up to a8902bf64575e325f6d6bf93a55f7bd273ec58cd. Affected is an unknown function of the file chat.php. Performing a manipulation of the argument ID results in cross site scripting. It is possible to initiate the attack remotely. The exploit is now public and may be used. This product is using a rolling release to provide continious delivery. Therefore, no version details for affected nor updated releases are available. The project was informed of the problem early through an issue report but has not responded yet.
