CVSS v3.1 |
Race condition in the IPC component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox 159, Firefox ESR 153.6, Thunderbird 159, and Thunderbird 153.6.
filelock is a platform-independent file lock for Python. From 4.1.0 until 4.2.1, SoftFileLock versions from 4.1.0 can reuse a stale observation when an attacker pre-dates and removes its own marker, at least two lock-user processes are waiting, coarse or matching modification times preserve the observation, and an honest contender creates a fresh marker on the reused inode, causing that live marker to be removed as stale. This issue is fixed in version 4.2.1.
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Win32K allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
A security vulnerability has been detected in a2aproject a2a-java up to 1.2.0.Final. This impacts the function TaskManager.saveTaskEvent. The manipulation leads to race condition. The attack may be initiated remotely. Upgrading to version 1.3.0.Final will fix this issue. The identifier of the patch is 6b8e1e085c35e970ef0048901cd25850e4791ec2. The affected component should be upgraded.
A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An attacker may tamper with code-signed applications to execute arbitrary code in the application's context.
A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in iOS 27 and iPadOS 27, macOS Golden Gate 27, visionOS 27. An app may be able to cause unexpected system termination or write kernel memory.
A race condition was addressed with improved locking. This issue is fixed in Safari 27.2, iOS 26.7.2 and iPadOS 26.7.2, iOS 27.2 and iPadOS 27.2, macOS Golden Gate 27.2, tvOS 27.2, visionOS 27.2, watchOS 27.2. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process termination.
A race condition was addressed with improved state handling. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to gain root privileges.

A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. A malicious app may be able to break out of its sandbox.

Wheels 3.0.0 through 4.1.1 can disclose detailed exceptions when allowIPBasedDebugAccess=true (disabled by default). An allowed administrator request changes error/debug-display settings in shared application scope. If it overlaps with an unauthorized client's request that raises an error, that client can receive full exception details, including tag context or a serialized exception, and any sensitive data they contain. This race does not bypass the production gate protecting developer tools. This is fixed in 4.1.2.
A race condition was addressed with additional validation. This issue is fixed in macOS Golden Gate 27.2, macOS Sequoia 15.8.2, macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. An app may be able to modify protected parts of the file system.
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows Clipboard User Service allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
Use after free in Windows Storage allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
Concurrent execution using shared resource with improper synchronization ('race condition') in Windows DHCP Server allows an unauthorized attacker to execute code over a network.
Use after free in Windows Storage allows an authorized attacker to elevate privileges locally.
| In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
drm/gem: fix race between change_handle and handle_delete
drm_gem_change_handle_ioctl leaves the old handle live in the IDR
during the window between spin_unlock(table_lock) and the final
spin_lock(table_lock). A concurrent drm_gem_handle_delete on the old
handle succeeds in this window, decrements handle_count to 0, and frees
the GEM object while the new handle's IDR entry still references it.
NULL the old handle's IDR entry before dropping table_lock so that any
concurrent GEM_CLOSE on the old handle sees NULL and returns -EINVAL.
Restore the old entry on the prime-bookkeeping error path. |
