CVSS v3.1 |
| A use-after-free and double-free issue in the SetClient command handler of the kmstool-enclave sample application of AWS aws-nitro-enclaves-sdk-c before 0.4.6 may allow an application that runs on the parent EC2 instance to corrupt heap memory inside a Nitro Enclave which may lead to arbitrary code execution within the enclave.
To remediate this issue, users should rebuild any enclave image that includes kmstool-enclave, or code derived from it, against aws-nitro-enclaves-sdk-c 0.4.6. |
| The Gravity Forms plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Stored Cross-Site Scripting via List Field in all versions up to, and including, 3.1.2 due to insufficient input sanitization and output escaping. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to inject arbitrary web scripts in pages that will execute whenever a user accesses an injected page. Successful exploitation requires the administrator to click the injected link in the entry detail view and confirm a dialog, which triggers the admin JavaScript bundle's delegated data-dialog-callback handler to invoke the attacker-supplied function reference. |
| PraisonAI is a multi-agent teams system. From version 4.6.10 to before version 4.6.59, LocalManagedAgent / SandboxedAgent compute bridging wraps read_file, list_files, and write_file when a compute provider is attached. The bridge converts those file operations into shell command strings using raw path arguments, then sends those strings to shell-backed compute providers. An attacker who can influence a file-tool path argument can break out of the quoted path and execute arbitrary shell commands in the compute environment. With compute="local", commands execute through the local subprocess compute provider on the host. With Docker, commands execute in the container. This issue has been patched in version 4.6.59. |
| The Goobi viewer is a web application that allows digitised material to be displayed in a web browser. Prior to version 26.05, Configuration.getWebApiToken returns the empty string when webapi.authorization.token is not configured. AuthorizationFilter compares the supplied token against this default without first checking that the configured token is non-empty. A request to any @AuthorizationBinding-protected endpoint with an empty ?token= value is therefore accepted. This issue has been patched in version 26.05. |
| Chamilo LMS is an open-source learning management system. Prior to 2.0.1, `public/main/inc/lib/career.lib.php` and `public/main/cron/import_csv.php` call PHP's native `unserialize()` on `user_career.extra_data` retrieved from the database without the `allowed_classes: false` safety option. An attacker able to write crafted serialized PHP objects to that column, for example through a separate SQL injection, a compromised admin CSV import, or a lower-privilege admin panel, can instantiate arbitrary PHP objects and trigger POP gadget chains in autoloaded `Symfony`, `Doctrine`, or `Monolog` components. This permits arbitrary OS commands as the web server user, compromising server confidentiality, integrity, and availability. This issue is fixed in version 2.0.1. |
| Blender before 4.5.15 and 5.x before 5.2.3 contains a heap out-of-bounds access vulnerability in read_struct() that skips size validation when a .blend file's SDNA struct layout compares equal. Attackers can supply a crafted .blend file with short blocks so field reads, writes, and pointer dereferences overrun heap memory, causing crashes or code execution. |
| Blender before 4.5.15 and 5.x before 5.2.3 contains a heap buffer overflow vulnerability caused by integer overflow in ptcache_data_alloc() when reading point cache files. Attackers can supply a crafted point cache file with a large totpoint value alongside a .blend file to crash Blender or execute code as the user. |
| Orchard CMS 1.10.3 through 1.11 contains an improper authorization vulnerability in MediaLibraryService.CheckMediaFolderPermission() that allows authenticated Authors and Contributors to access other users' media. Attackers can display, clone, and delete other users' media items by content id and delete arbitrary media folders via FolderController.Delete(). |
| vsftpd through 3.0.5 contains an authentication bypass vulnerability in ssl_data_accept() that allows unauthenticated attackers to hijack FTPS data connections by resuming their own TLS session ticket. Attackers sharing the victim's source IP can obtain a ticket via AUTH TLS, then connect to the victim's PASV port to steal downloads or inject upload data. |
| SQLite before 3.54.0 built with FTS5 contains a heap buffer overflow in fts5DoSecureDelete() that allows attackers to write past the leaf page buffer via crafted footer key offsets. Attackers can supply a database file with a corrupted FTS5 index that, when deleted from with secure-delete enabled, corrupts heap memory and crashes the application. |
| GraphQL-core is a Python port of the GraphQL.js reference implementation. From 3.3.0a3 until 3.3.1, validate() reuses a module-level ValidationAbortedError when a document exceeds max_errors. Python appends frames to the reused exception's traceback on every raise, retaining each document, validation context, and error set for the process lifetime. An unauthenticated client can repeatedly submit a small document with more than 100 validation errors to cause unbounded memory growth before query execution, eventually exhausting worker memory without disclosing or modifying data. This issue is fixed in version 3.3.1. |
| Algorithm::UrataniTakeda versions from 0.1.5 before 0.1.7 for Perl allow memory exhaustion via a never-cleared failure shift cache in search.
The failure shift is cached for each pair of trie state and text character in a field of the matcher object, and nothing clears it. A character not seen before at a given state adds an entry that lasts for the life of the matcher.
An attacker who can submit text with many distinct characters to a long-lived matcher can grow its memory with each search. |
| Missing verification of source of a communication channel in the default_bucket() function in Amazon SageMaker Python SDK V3 before 3.10.0 and V2 before 2.257.3 might allow remote actors to achieve code execution in the target SageMaker execution environment and obtain IAM credentials via pre-creation of a predictably named S3 bucket that the SDK uses without ownership validation.
To remediate this issue, users should upgrade to Amazon SageMaker Python SDK 3.10.0 (V3) or 2.257.3 (V2). |
| DedeCMS before 5.7 contains a file inclusion vulnerability in plus/carbuyaction.php that allows remote unauthenticated attackers to control the include path by manipulating the uninitialized code parameter passed to require_once. Attackers can supply path traversal sequences ../../ to include arbitrary local files outside the intended payment directory, potentially achieving local file disclosure. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-18. |
| The Security Plugin, Firewall & Malware Scanner with Auto Removal WordPress plugin before 2.191 does not verify the account password before accepting an authenticator-app two-factor code at login, allowing anyone who holds a user's current authenticator code to log in as that user, including an administrator, without the password. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.4, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user that holds a role with the schedule_search capability could bypass the expected safeguards in the scheduled search workflow. The user could then run risky Search Processing Language (SPL) commands that disclose or alter Splunk Enterprise data or disrupt Splunk Enterprise availability.
The vulnerability is possible because the Splunk Enterprise search scheduler does not apply SPL safeguards for risky commands to scheduled searches.
For more information see SPL safeguards for risky commands (https://help.splunk.com/en/splunk-enterprise/administer/manage-users-and-security/10.6/best-practices-for-splunk-platform-security/spl-safeguards-for-risky-commands) in the Splunk documentation.
For more information see authorize.conf (https://help.splunk.com/en/data-management/splunk-enterprise-admin-manual/10.6/configuration-file-reference/10.6.0-configuration-file-reference/authorize.conf) in the Splunk documentation. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.8.0, contains an Improper Neutralization of Special Elements used in an OS Command ('OS Command Injection') vulnerability. A high privileged attacker with remote access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Command execution. |
| Dell OpenManage Enterprise, versions prior to 4.8.0, contains an Improper Input Validation vulnerability. A low privileged attacker with adjacent network access could potentially exploit this vulnerability, leading to Code execution. |
| In Splunk Enterprise versions below 10.4.3, 10.2.8, 10.0.11, and 9.4.16, a user that holds a role with the edit_manager_xml capability could execute arbitrary operating-system commands using the permissions of the user account running Splunk Enterprise by opening the affected configuration in the Splunk Web Manager page.
The vulnerability is possible because Splunk Web evaluates user-controlled expressions from Manager XML without sufficiently restricting the expression syntax. |
| A security vulnerability was discovered in SUSE Rancher Fleet's cluster registration flow, in Fleet versions before 0.12, 0.13.0 up to 0.13.17, 0.14.0 up to 0.14.12, 0.15.0 up t o 0.15.17 and 0.16.0 up to 0.16.3. The cluster identity claimed by a registration request was accepted without being bound to the registration token that the request was made with. As a result, a registration request could be associated with a managed cluster that was originally registered with a different registration token. |
